β β β β β We all enter for the dinner then v ask the cashier where is the wash room to fresh up before the dinner the cashier said their is no wash room then v went to other hotel

β β β β β Plz do not visit this hotel and ruin your journey, as the staff here is very rude and their service is pathetic. Instead there are much better options available nearby with awesome customer service. This hotel's staff surely lacks how to talk to customers and this is not gonna work for them, as they would lose on customers for sure like this. Owners should shut the hotel if they can't train their staff. I'd alao make a Consumer Complaint against them.
