β β β β β They have changed our room twice because of ac provlem.
Every single room was having some issue.
In first room ac and tv remote was not working and when we insisted for room change , in changed room there was no working switch for fan. I mean this was a stone in the bite for this whole journey experience.

β β β β β It's a newly built hotel I think. Breakfast was good. Bedsheets were clean. Bathroom was a little bit small. And the floor was quite dirty. It hadn't been wiped in days.

β β β β β Location of property is very nice may be the best it can be, it's in the market street and both lake and temple are within 200mtr radius. Rooms are clean, behavior of staff is very friendly, who goes out of the way to help. Food is very nice. It's a good place to stay within budget.
I gave one less star because of the road in front of hotel is congested, as it is in market area. You have to be puzzled to reach there and no parking space is available
