★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic hotel i would say ..not worth at all the room they had given was in terrible condition first of all tv was not working so they took around 1 hour to fix it while we were in room and then there bedsheets m covers are in bad condition and we asked one of the guy to change that but all the bedsheets were same and then next morning they served us sour curd n frozen Parathas as if they prepared them one day before ... n for the room i opt which is premium suite has no quality of premium like bathtub not working properly and toilet flush was broken.....not recommending any one to stay there atleast not in premium suite .... totally not worth at allnothing as there to like .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked that hotel and when we reached they informed us that they have given our room to someone else and they didn't even updated the status on website i.e booking.com through which we have booked the hotel. Still it's showing confirmed and they didn't cancelled the booking on app.

1. Staff is not good and maneger also not good behaviour person.
2.room is very small.bathroom is not proper clean.
3. Not good for couple due to arrengement hotel.
4.tv not proper working remote is also not working.
We stay 3 days in this hotel. Room card not given by hotel.staff not clean room daily and when they clean not clean proper cups and kettle.badsheet was very dirty. In bathroom they gave us clinic plus shampoo and expired conditioner. they also told kettle not for milk only for water. And they given breakfast from outside streat food and cover with napkins and told us its made in hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the room floor was not clean. Bedsheets,pillow cover not clean, Kittle button was broken not working after informing also not given another kittle. Washroom flush cover was not properly fixed due to which flushing was very difficult. Inside the room cockroaches where present they were roaming like anything. Room light button were inappropriate, also there was only one charging point in room. Comparitively room is too small even you cannot open bag by keeping in floor. It is too conjusated room. Inside room glass shelf was too tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend anyone because of their poor services. Order cold coffee in return coffee was warm and the sandwich was stale. Especially, don't go for a buffet breakfast because no restaurant is available they provide you with food from a local shop. For everything a person has to call no of times even after all this manager behavior was rude instead apologize he was showing attitude. The family room size was also much small as compared to mentioned on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic at Hospitality. It's new year's eve n we planned a nice hot tub relaxation for which I searched this hotel. Due to our previous experience where we had the tub but there was shortage on water, I asked if the tub is good to use. The person showing at 11/11:30pm had just reactions for me and over smart answers like we are old hotel have best service whatever. We came back to the desk and I expressed how the attendee was not responding but making faces. The manager at the desk just turned up and said rudely DO U WANT TO TAKE THE ROOM OR NOT. Of course we walked away trying to not spoil our moods over 2 idiots who are at the wrong place. Just one word for this Hotel. Good luck with the coming lockdown. Hopefully u get screwed well
