★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible is an understatement for this Hotel. I have stayed in this hotel earlier several times in last 4 years but now the quality has degraded completely in all aspects. The room is infested with tics (khatmal). several pics that i have uploaded are a testimony that my blood was sucked whole night by them as you would see blood stains on sheets and pillows in my pics. Also the room as well as bathroom was extremely dirty. all pics show and prove that. The receptionist was rude to the core. His tone was totally unprofessional.. Also, the AC was totally ineffective. It didn't do any cooling. It was a total waste of money staying in this hotel this time. No hangers, no clips to hang clothes. I am not the kinds who would give such bad feedback usually. I tend to overlook a lot of shortfalls but this time i just couldn't because the quality of this hotel has gone down big time. If the hotel wants to be in business, they should immediately service the ACs, get all room cleaned properly and do pest control to get cleanliness..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience till date booking through oyo. Room no 102 full of bed bugs whole night i was awake spoting bed bugs and killing them. I have video proof of bed bugs in my room. They have master switch for AC from reception, every two hours they switch off AC from down and again and again i need to ask them to switch it on. Early morning they switched it off and i was tired of asking for same. Some how i passes my time there. During check out person who was in reception asked my mobile from which i booked room opened oyo app and tried to rate the service. When i asked what are you doing he returned my phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst. Don't ever believe the photos shown in OYO and book the hotel. Its a very cheat hotel. The hotel image shown in OYO is for sun international which is next to Sai international. Fake photos and very very cheap. You will definitely get disease if you stay there. WORST!!! DON'T TRUST THE PHOTOS IN OYO IT'S FAKE!!!!

on’t have photos but I didn’t use the toilet instead used paid public toilet it’s not cleaned at all. Towels given were wet and used.
They didn’t bother to clean even bed sheets. I was dead tired after 37 hours of travel hence as paid (my mistake giving money before seeing room).
After all this while checking out they were demanding another 200INR for service charge lol what sort of service you gave me?
While they offered me Body massage from some girls (you know what service they meant).
Absolutely disappointed with façade of the hotel and entire different story for the rooms and services.
