★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, staff is very cordial and service is also very good. Rooms are clean and not at all congested. Different types of rooms are available suiting once budget. The location is the biggest plus point - just 500 metres from Taleti. Food is extremely good. In fact guests from other Dharamshalas come and have their meals here. Well maintained hotel with all standard amenities in the room. Overall, an amazing experience! Tgey are flexible with their check-in and check out time, provided rooms are available.

1. Pathetic staff - front end manager, restaurant staff. They are not courteous and i am shocked to see such stupid insensitive fools in the hospitality industry. They think that they are doing us a favor by allowing us to dine in their restaurant.
2. Hygiene. The hygiene is very poor and bad. No separate Handwash area and we had to go to washroom to wash the hands and that place lacks hygiene. That total Area stinks and at times You feel like to vomit. The Dining area lacks ventilation and full of flys. House flies were sitting on our food. Restaurant dining hall doesn't have AC and have only fans which make a lot of noise.
3. Being a high end restaurant , it doesn't have card swiping and lodge has swiping machine. Vikas, the manager refused to allow paying the bill using the existing lodge swiping machines. I don't think they have any regard to customer as they are hell bent on implementing their non sense rules than facilitating what the costumer asks. The restaurant is too pricey.
4. I don't know what the owner or management think abou
t these these clowns, but they have to be kicked out of the restaurant. Callous attitude. Many A times, staff in other cities try to help the costumer but this guy sucks.
I would have given a negative rating, had there been any.
I would request no one to visit the place till the ayah changes their attitude

1. WiFi and TV not working
2. No hygiene, had to use personal blanket which we carried in the tour
3. Irresponsible behaviour of staff and staff not trained even with basics of hospitality
4. While booking, I had been told that will get a room with good view but that was not the case.
5. Requested to talk to the manager/owner but no one was contacted
6. Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction work is going on. Upper floor rooms have kind of muddy environment and have bad cigarette smell. Totally out from main city. You can consider it only if you want to visit Girnar ropeways and nearby pilgrimage places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel has better rooms and its house keeping service is too good. It has separate hotel but food is costlier than other hotels. Ambience is very good and have calm atmosphere. Cleanliness is well maintained. You can do online booking as well as spot booking.

Advantages:
Hardly few meters away from the holy mountain Girnar entry steps
Relatively better staying options if compared with other options available nearby.
Staff is cooperative
Disadvantages
Lack basic services - Change of Laundry
Room cleaning services were absent
Food - Not upto mark
