β β β β β Very poor service and food quality. I have been in this hotel quite a few times now, when they were new there food and services were the best in town but now i guess the fame has gone to their heads and they are so arrogant and mean regarding their service and the food they serve that I would not suggest anybody to go there.
I was asked to organize an event here but the food was so bad that all my clients complained and the chef was so arrogant that he did not listen to me and was asking me and I quote , " Do I know how to cook?". Please don't just decide only on the basis of its looks,it is misleading.

β β β β β Worst hotel i have ever seen. Pathetic situation all around. No management. Nothing. Waste of money even a dhabas are far far better than this hotel. No room service even after calling many times. Never suggested hotel.??. Please don't book room over there. There are many hotels around Hotel BNS International with that options.

β β β β β The hotel managers should visit other good hotels in big cities. You need to learn so much.
With a high price customers expect so much. But at the hotel we get 10% of whT we expect.
Room quality- room architecture or interior design is not very good. AC and fan not at proper place.
In Many room AC leaks. And cooling is very low. You will sweat when AC is on 18??.
Food- food i will say is not very good but i like one of their paneer dish. Food presentation is satisfactory. Restaurant ambience is not good.
Cleanliness.- there is a great chance that you will find used plates on floors outside rooms. Creating bad smell and bad environment.
Washroom also smells.
Service and staff behaviour- Service is low. You can get a service better than that in a dhaba. Staff members are rude. They do any work after 5-6 instructions. Any kind of requirements takes too much time.
However in sasaram not so many good hotels are available. So you can choose this as it comes in top hotels in sasaram.
But hotel management should know. Whenever a good competiter comes. Your sale will go very low.

β β β β β I don't know how people have given it 4 stars and prompt service. The service given was pathetic with waiters who don't have any idea about the menu. The menu itself is torn into pieces. And after waiting for more than half hour the starter served was cold. Waiters don't listen to the dinners. The tables shake and if you ask about cleanliness i wouldn't have given a single star. Most of the items in menu are prepared the same way. Just the name is different. Its only there in sasaram because its a small place with no other option. My personal suggestion if you have home in sasaram eat there. If not go for street food.

β β β β β Pleasant stay, Room and Bathroom was clean. Comfortable Bed and Nice quality food with polite service.
All the team (Staff) are very cooperative.
My son enjoyed living experience and enjoyed food very much.

β β β β β First of all this Hotel is situated in the mid of the city so its well connected through the local transport system of sasaram. It's easy to reach and also the ambience here is a little upmarket. The food served in the resturant is tasty but prices could have been little low as the quantity they offer is very less. If someone starts comparing then he can find better food in lower prices in other resturants of Sasaram.

β β β β β Hotel location is Very easy to Access. Room is very spacious and clean.only Issue I found that complimentary Breakfast is Very Very Poor.I reached at restaurant 9.30 AM but There is no any option is available. I am waiting Approx one hour for Breakfast like Bread/Omlet/Puri sabji).
