β β β β β Bad experience with this hotel.
When they ask the customers to sing on their rules and norm paper they won't inform you about the staying hours generally it is 24 hours whenever you checked in any hotel, they don't allow you to stay there for 24 hours, as I have checked in here on 3 PM. So the check out time should be the next day on 3 PM.

β β β β β Maurya hotel has the worst management. I booked this hotel from internet and it was the worst experience as there were no rooms available when we arrived even though the website had rooms available in the hotel! And when we arrived, a person from the hotel management showed us the only available room and there was a person living in it already!! And the room was messed up to hell and it's walls were cracked all over. And also that we had to wait in the non ac lobby downstairs while they cleaned the room. This type of management and service is not acceptable and hope the viewers never end up booking rooms in this hotel.

β β β β β The room was quite disappointing as I thought that it would havebeen as shown in the picture, small room no windows. Ac was working grt. Service was awesome. And most of all behaviour of the staffs were so good. Overall a good hotel pet and couple friendly.

β β β β β Good hotel to stay...Have a pleasant time there. Hotel staff are coperative.
Having telephone service in each room...directed to reception.
I experienced fast service for cleaning and whatever I need.
Bedcovers as well as blankets were very clean...
multiple exit/entry gate..Direct to hospital downside, front gate, back gate.
Better surrounding peace and calm inspite of being in the market.

Service from desk to room -all staff very cooperative and quick. And polite also.
