★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had given 1 star last year however looking at recent reviews, decided to try once again.
Ordered a veg Biryani and a Hyderabadi Biryani.
Believe me, both were exactly the same, same taste, both had exactly the same vegetables and the only difference was, colour. One had an orange colour and another had green.
Tasteless, no traces of any masala or spices, not even simple ginger or garlic.
Not sure how people have given them positive reviews.
Have tried this restaurant 3 times in my life time and every time it was the same tasteless food.
Street side food tastes better than food served by Brahma restaurant.
I swear, never ever in my life will I ever order food from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried majority of the dishes and all tastes good. Food is not too spicy or oily but serves good amount of punjabi authentic tasty food in each plate. Take away and parcel services are also prompt.
Chinese and desserts are also worth try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was late (around 11.00 PM) they were in a state of shutting down the engines. But still, the staff greeted us and allowed us to sit inside the AC area. We ordered Punjabi food and it was served quickly. The food quality, quantity, and taste were good. The staff is polite, cleanliness was perfect. overall good stop for hunger at Sinhagad Road.

I had ordered curd rice through Zomato.
The curd rice was full of Oil and there was a huge chilli on top of the rice.
After communicating with the representative from Bramha Pure Veg, he told me that it was their usual preparation for Curd rice and the chef usually puts Tadka in the Curd rice.
When I repeatedly expressed my concern about the amount of oil they had put in the rice, the fellow assured me that it is completely safe to eat and he kept on denying the fact that it was completely unhealthy. After some time when he had no explanation about their mistake, he cut the call without notifying which was unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would like to educate the cook who prepared this dish about the harmful effects of excess oil in food.
This has happened for the 3rd time where they have put excess amount of Oil/spices in the food.
I did not receive any compensation or even an apology from their side for this ill prepared dish and unprofessional behaviour.
