★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation 10 / 10.food 9 / 10.staff 10 / 10.from check out everything was very smooth and pampered. 1. Was the best experience. Enjoyed our stay. A nice place to stay near Taj Mahal. The home care was quick and very professional. Employees followed all best practices in epidemic times. 3. Amazing experience with this hotel and everything is perfect. If anyone travels to Agra, one should try to stay bcz service is very quick.

In short avoid it if you expect a good hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suite room was so bad it feels like a horror movie ,it seems like the hotel rooms are never maintained .The room lights and corridor lights wasn’t working ,and bathroom was so unhygienic with dirty wash basin. The manager was so rude with unprofessional staff.And never order a cup of tea …expensive tea with bad taste. This hotel is waste of money !!!!

Had such a worst experience. Room and bedsheet was so dirty seems like no one hv cleaned from many days.
Washroom flush was not working. Asked for services nd staff was not helpful.
Asked for hot water and it was smelling badly and glass was not clean at all. Long way to go.

Booked 2 rooms with King beds and told them to keep everything ready as I was supposed to check in late at night.
When I arrived they assigned 2 queen rooms and later changed one to suite when I argued about the agreement.
Extra bed was not ready. Rooms has no water and I had to change room at 1.30 AM (I arrived at 1) since their room electricity was tripping every 2 mins.
Asked for water and it didn't come after waiting another 30 mins after changing the room.
They didn't even share a bill with me and told me that they'll mail it later on email ID. They only accepted cash and I had to literally go to an ATM just for this.
One of the worst hotels to stay and an extremely pathetic experience.
