โ โ โ โ โ very nice hotel. I stay with my family. staff behavior was good. quick check-in. The Interior was good. the toilet was neat and clean. No provision for complimentary breakfast. Can't say about the food as we have not ordered as the rate was a bit high but my family enjoyed it a lot. satisfied.

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel amenities is good. Its a value for money hotel. Location is within 3 km of Taj mahal. Neat and clean rooms. No travel desk but they provide contact details of tour operators. That does the work. Breakfast is just OK though. It was a nice stay at the hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Well the room was good and spacious, no view of course, we were staring at blank wall 8 feet across. We were 3 people and there was enough space to accommodate one extra bed. The toilet area though was not designed properly. After one bath, the whole area is flowing. The lobby and restaurant area were neat and clean. Don't order Chinese at the restaurant. It's bad. Indian food was good. However, there are two things which I did not like. One, hospitality was not upto mark. I arrived by my car but no one from hotel approached me for my luggage etc. I had to go inside and ask them to do their job. Second, 95% staff were not wearing masks, which is not done during these times. Actually I was confused to give 3 or 4 stars & finally went with 4 stars, though 3 stars would have been most appropriate.

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel is at prime location in Agra. Staffs are very good and co operative. Rooms were very clean and hygienic. Food and water costs are little bit of costly. Except complementary water ,if you need extra water bottle , then you have to pay 40 rupees each. So be careful in that case. Hotel has its own car hire facility. You can also travell with that at reasonable price

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing hotel and very good service ! The location is very very good near to everything. Bonus is the elaborate breakfast buffet which is icing on the cake.
Cleanliness can be taken care of and that was a bit of a downer. The hallway carpet needs a little wash and doors side cutlery were there for many many hours

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent Value for Money. Clean Rooms. Buffet Breakfast with sufficient variety. Lunch and Dinner was good and reasonably priced.
We found the food quality and cleanliness better than most of the other restaurants nearby. They do not have swimming pool, gym and other frills but we do not use these facilities so it made no difference to us. Autos are available at the Hotel gate are reasonable and helpful. Taj East Gate is a pleasant 20 minutes walk from the Hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ I stayed for one night and found it value for money. It's location is easily accessible, it's close to Taj Mahal and bang opposite TDI mall. A lot of budget as well as premium restaurants/cafes/lounges are within walking distance. Its Interiors and cleanliness are decent enough. Also ,the staff is polite and well behaved. They accommodated my requests for early check in as well as late check out.Although I faced a slight glitch as bed types were not specified at the time of booking and we got a room with 2 single beds instead of a king/queen bed. Hope it's sorted out at Make My Trip end. Also the staff turned down the request for an extra pair of bathroom slippers and were adamant on giving only a pair per room. Hope management takes this feedback in a positive manner and guides the staff on how to handle irate customers as well as minor requests.
All said and done, would happily stay here again.
