β β β β β One of the economical hotel stay near to Taj Mahal East gate. The hotel was clean and service was good. The hotel top roof restaurant was highlight you can sit and relax by starring at Taj Mahal. Hotel also got decent restaurant with good food. Room comes with hot water and heater facility. I would really recommend for small family with economical

β β β β β The Hotel is located at very prime location at approximately 850 meters away from Taj Mahal. The rooms are spacious and the price is very much affordable. The staff is courteous and well mannered. The width of the quilt was somewhat compromising. Overall good.

β β β β β There were some crickets (insect) inside the room we took. Window view was pretty good as taj mahal was visible. Ac was working great but geyser wasn't available. Rest, it was good.

β β β β β It was having very nice experience to visit the Hotel Taj Plaza. It is very nearby to Taj Mahal Eastern Gate, just walking distance from there i.e. 7 mints. Hotel reception and interiors was good, however, In rooms there is no Television and I suggest if they can renovate rooms so that It looks good too. In bathrooms, toilet seats was not much cleaned as I saw previously in other tours. I recommend the manager that they should work on that loopholes. It was approx 8 kms from Agra Cantonment Railway Station where you can reach within 20-25 minutes. Hotel is also having Restaurant facility where I really feels rates are slightest higher than others. However, Food quality was okay. It's good to stay there if you really cares about the Budget and looking for nearby Taj Mahal spot.

β β β β β Cleanliness in not great. Pillow covers a d bedsheets are used since long, and they've reached a position that they look dull even after being cleaned by their laundry guy. Toilet also had some visible marks.
I'm giving 3 stars because of what it costs to stay there. We stayed in November, 3 people for Rs. 800 in a room.
Upper half of taj is visible from top 2 floors, that is 4th and 5th floor i guess. There's no elevator. The television was not working. I was told it was due to some work for elevator. And i was also told that elevator work was hammered by covid.
The place is close to Taj Mahal, so good for someone who wants to take an early morning stroll. Didn't taste the food in the hotel.

β β β β β It was a great stay at hotel Taj plaza. It was the experience and hospitality that makes me give all good rating. They provided us complimetry upgrade from the room that I had booked like from one king size bed to a three bedded room for us. The location is another plus point with access to major sightseeing places in city and Taj Mahal being less than a km from hotel. The location is premium one away from main Agra city and leads to East gate of Taj. There are many food options nearby and lots of shopping options.
