★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude and very misbehaving. They dont treat you like guests at all. Asking for RO water is like asking for gold for free. Also no outside food is allowed and hotel food is not good. Rooms are very small and bathroom knobs are not working. There were a few good things too but all that were overshadowed by the arrogant and misbehaving receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small, damp and the restrooms were smelling. The rooms were very cold and when we informed the reception about the same, the reception guy said that they can't do anything about it and no other guests ever complained about the issue. We also had a room heater since we were traveling with a patient, then they said that they'll charge 200/- extra for using the heater. The toilet seat was not even opening completely.
The complementary breakfast was just alright- not much options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are very beautiful, special balcony ones. Bathrooms are perfect. If you like lighted rooms, this is the best is the big glass window offers great light along with beautiful forest view. Very thick curtains are present if you don't want sunlight at all. The lighting and flooring in the room are fabulous. Parking is also available. Staff is supportive. Breakfast is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family of 5: From the moment we landed in New Delhi, till the moment, we departed, we felt like royalty due to the service and the warm and excellent reception and hospitality we encounter during our stay at this hotel. We utilized the car service the facility offered. We didn't have to ask for one thing to be done, it was just done. The rooms were extremely spacious, with beautiful and tall ceiling. We occupied 3 rooms in all and each room was prettier than the last. The beds were very comfortable. Our room was well equipped with all the basic items one would need in a hotel room, including a hot tea kettle, tea, cups and water bottle, which I was very thankful for. Tall, high ceiling with a fan in each room. Loved that! Making the room very spacious and comfortable to be in. Bathroom were large and spacious too; all well equipped with plenty of fresh towels daily. Our kid constantly wanted something to eat, as kids always do. The room service was extremely helpful, prompt and the food was amazing. We tried a variety of dished the kitchen can make for you. It was fresh and extremely tasty. We enjoyed the daily breakfast prepared for the guest to enjoy. The service while we ate was incredible. Very kind , sweet and gracious staff. The front desk staff, manager and owner, personally tended to all our needs to make sure our stay was enjoyable and pleasant, which was refreshing and wonderful. The hotel was easy to locate. The grounds were maintained very nicely. Very clean. Overall our experience was excellent and we can positively say, it was due to all the great service provided to us, by the staff and the Management of this facility. We would definitely go back and definitely stay at this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, we were denied check-in at this hotel. The reason being the amount for which I had booked through OYO was very low compared to their expected rates. After a lot of phone calls to OYO, it got finally sorted out and we were allowed to check-in. This is a 'Premium' property as per OYO. But, the room conditions are not that premium. The washroom door knob was not working. And, the walls, bed sheets, pillows, washrooms were not that clean as expected. The staff was nice and helpful though. Food was okay. Overall a decent stay but a bit overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude & worst manager. Poor breakfast.
Food too costly & very bad in taste.
I checked in to the hotel on 14th October 7.00 PM and was about to check out at 2.00 PM the next day. By 11.00 AM the manager keeps calling me 4-5 times saying that I will be charged extra. He spoke about the check out rules & gives me 10 minutes to vacate the room along with my wife and feverish infant son.
I explained him that my return flight is around 5.30 PM and would leave before 2.00 PM. He wouldn't budge and charged me an incredible extra amount.
I had stayed at different hotels in Delhi and this is first time I had such a trouble with the hotel manager.
I will never opt for this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except for the prime location there's nothing even remotely positive about this oyo property. The hotel staff, particularly one, made it sure that our stay was nothing less than a horror. Right from the first day, we were treated like absconding criminals. To quote the receptionist, "Rehna hai raho, nahi toh niklo bahar", at the time of check-in which was at 11 in the night. The rooms are very small, door knobs do not work, outside food is not allowed and what they provide in the name of food is absolutely disgusting. I've never had such a horrible experience of staying at a hotel. On the day of checkout we had timely informed at the reception about 1 and a half hour delay, to which they had readily agreed. But when we actually came for check-out, the receptionist had changed and he kept on calling us again and again using fowl language, even when we had agreed to pay a thousand bucks extra for late check-out. That's how you treat your guest? What a shame, oyo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended.
