★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by the customer support.Issue was not resolved.We could not check in to the hotel as the hotel staff refused to give us room. The customer support could not resolve this issue nor could they find another room for me for the night. Never using OYO again.

Your Hotel staff behaviour is very bad. They are very rude specially receptionist. With me there was a sick person. Staff also behave very bad with him. They are treating us like a begger. When we give card for payment they said why you dont have cash. I dont think in digital india time a 3 star hotel is not accepting card for payment. I suggest everyone if you have some self respect please dont book room in this hotel. I booked this hotel from oyo rooms . Many times i had booked hotel from oyo. But this is the worst experience i ever have. I think you should renamed your hotel from brahamputra to beijtipitra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this through OYO. The hotel has some issue with OYO, which i came to know after reaching the hotel in the late night. The manager spoke very rudely with me. He was continuously talking on another phone when i was speaking to him. Even towel and soap was not provided to me till next morning. However, place is good and rooms are Ok.
