and d guy called Pramod will really cut your pocket if u tell him to make your rail ticket.He won't hesitate to charge you 1k comm on a single ticket to NJP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble place to stay in. Safe. And the location is awesome. Right at the heart of South extension part 2 market place. Outlets of Ritu Kumar, Nalli and almost all branded jewellery shops at arms length.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is allocated to the people of Sikkim and they can stay here from the prior notice from the Govt of Sikkim. It has AC room and the room are well maintained. It also provides authentic Himalayan food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more improvement in terms of house keeping.During this winter also they just provide a lean stinky blanket and nothing else.The room is full of cockroaches so need pest treatment.
Nevertheless the food is good and so is the Chicken Momo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in South Ex, Sewa Bhawan was above my expectations. The overwhelming welcome, dedicated staff nd delicious food was a lot they offered against to what they charged. Being a government house they maintained a good building at good location, the only worry for others can be that it has no lift. Rooms are good with a double bed and 2 single sitting sofa, washroom is average size but wardrobe is bit small and there are no balconies. But to repeat what they offer is appreciable against what they charge. Other than this you will get Room service, laundry and many more. It is at the walking distance from South Ex metro nd South Ex market which makes it a too good option.
