ther are four floors where you can shop here. the rates are reasonable and the staff very helpfull. one thing i liked the most was that they had valet service which was very helpfull if you are in south extension for shopping

Picked up 4 pyjama pants (2 cotton linen mix, 2 cottons, 3 cotton jumpers, 1 cotton turtle neck jumper). 3 body fragrances were given complementary along with approx 10% discount on the garment purchase. Parking may be a problem, but we got it right at the store (luckily).

The store offers a rich collection on a decent budget. You don't need to blow a fortune to get yourself a clothing item from Westside, something a trademark for Tata. I love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is about the Westside outlet of South extension , new delhi. I bought a product in sale and it is defected. The pockets are not stitched And are open. Now when I want to get it returned , they are simply denying and telling me to get back in August. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I also reached 10 minutes before the opening time none of them allowed me in and I was asked to wait in the sun outside. This is not what a customer Needs. A person pays for the service and not just the product. None of the 2 managers present here Entertained my query properly without even trying to resolve it they simply denied my request. The treatment is not at all welcoming for me to visit it again. Worst staff I have ever seen.
