★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh this is one store that resonates elegance and beauty in all of its indian wear. Primarily the lehengas should not be missed if your a bride or even a member of the brides family. And if you want some fusion wear they have that too, modern indian in some ways. Do check out their new homeware collection. Just as the name has always held true, 'RITU KUMAR' is timeless and a classic favourite of her many patrons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell clothes overseas vis their website and refuse to refund or swap items if sizing does not work. Not a client friendly model at all (compared to many other e-commerce players and retailers) and customer service folks write emails that show no empathy or willingness to help. I have bought several items from RK over the years but a recent experience where two items were the wrong fit have left a bad taste. They did not even consider loyalty points or a gift voucher in lieu of the problem. It’s costing me a ridiculous amount to get the dresses fixed when the sizing issue was an error on their own website. For the price point and quality, I do not recommend them for offshore buyers as you’ll be risking issues like mine.

Wish the brand had sense to atleast pack the product properly while delivering it. The guy handed over the bare product without even a bag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently in lockdown I went for my sister wedding shopping and the service is fabulous, the store staff are too cooperative and will give brief for each and every queries and help you to clear your mind in doing happy mind shoping.. special thanks to Laxmi one of the staff who assist me. She know what the chose of the customer and help you assist in that way.
