★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST STAYS and TERRIBLE at Olive Service apartments. Don't go for the pics, the actual place looks very different atleast for the 2 bedroom home!
1. House smells of mold, torn and filthy bed sheets ( see pics).. take your own sheets and blankets.. these smell bad !!!
2. cockroaches in the kitchen , very few utensils.. Not enough for a family of 4.
3. broken washer ( see pic)
4. TV doesn't work , channels are non existent. We try to call Mr. Jha to request to add channels but he stops picking up our calls after payment. Had to fight to get some channels on TV. At one point they said t's not included ...!!!!
5. NOW I get it why they made us PAY in full ,first thing --As soon as we entered the house!. The caretaker Mr. Jha comes in and says he demands the full payment NOW. Mind you we have just stepped into the house , not even settled in and barely even seen the house around to see its amenities.
The only thing going for this place was its location. otherwise TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience for rs, 10,000 per day price tag!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had one of the worst times when we decided to stay in Olive Service Appartments. Firstly it isn't for a family (we booked in an emergency) with a baby. Secondly the pictures are really fancy. Third, they have (their own) policy that you need to book for 3 days straight with no cancellation or refund policy. Stayed there for 1 night and left the next day as couldn't stay further. Just be careful when you book. Absolutely unhappy.
