★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at kailash colony 3rd floor single bedroom room for 3 nightsf rom 9 to 11 October 2019 and it was horrible experience . service is non existent and room was filled with cockroaches. I would not recommend this place to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartment near M block market, the manager was very helpful with all our requests. The kitchen was as good as our kitchen at home in Toronto. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked Olive Serviced Apartments because they have lot of online presence on Google. However, when we reached the apartment it was nothing like pictures. The entire apartment needs major renovation. The building from outside looked still ok but there are major issues like-
1. Promised something and delivered something else.
2. Airconditioner does not work properly.
3. Neighbours were rude and even closed the main gate in evening tkme at 7 pm and we were stuck outside the property for hours every day, we stayed.
4. No hygiene or any cleanliness whatsoever.
5. Insects and cockroaches in kitchen and washrooms.
6. Non working electricity sockets.
7. Unreliable TV
It's been the worst accommodation we booked. There has been no service. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked their service apartment after recommendation from a friend and was a little apprehensive about it. But it was a very comfortable stay for our entire group. We used the apartment as a base for travelling across to Agra & Jaipur and it became virtually a second home for us in a new city. They went the extra mile by offering us one of their staff rooms for our driver at no charge and even gave some very helpful travel advise for Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “My husband and I were very pleased with the apartment in Greater Kailash. The place was very spacious, clean and had all the utensils needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was great and the hot water heater works good. The balcony was huge and the clothes washer looks brand new. The location is wonderful. There are numerous shops and restaurants at the M Block market. Vicky responded quickly and his staff were very polite and ready to assist at anytime. I highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The caretaker, Mr. Bobby is quite helpful. The place needs a lot of maintainance and repairs. Washing machine does not work. Door latches broken, multiple switches not working, Tata Sky has no channels... etc the list is long.
The flat is ok but the maintaiance is poor.
