★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the good hotel in Ghaziabad. The hotel is right in front of big drain which stinks. The rooms are big though the service is pathetic and the morning break fast is not to the standard of Four star hotel. It has a small gym and a pool area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second stay at this hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. But service this time was really poor.
I stayed for three nights as part of wedding group. Room was not cleaned on second day citing reason that they clean rooms of wedding guests only when you are available( although it was not mentioned beforehand). Then they don’t do housekeeping after 4:00 pm. So you stay in a dirty room full day. Next morning I had to call 3-4 times to finally get the room cleaned after waiting 1 hour.
At breakfast area they removed the dishes while the guests were still eating.(Even when we reached before timeout).
I had to call 3 times just for a dental kit.
Never seen such practices in a 4 star hotel.
Very disappointed with stay this time!!
