β β β β β Very poor experience. AC was not working.Flush was not working. Receptionist was rude . Ordered a bottle of water, was charged rs53 whereas the MRP was rs 20 without informing about the price diff. Rooms were compact and small for the high price.Had a terrible experience and not worth the money. Don't waste your money here. Never recommend.
Only service staff were decent and courteous .

β β β β β Stay was good. Food is bit expensive. And in the name of fruit salad u get a small bowl with 5-6 pieces of papaya and watermelon and which is costly. Rest all was good room service good. Room good

β β β β β Only one point is not good. The television channels are not at all working in spite of repeated requests to rectify the problem. This happened twice of my booking room. checking is hassle-free. Nice rooms. Clean rooms. Housekeeping and other services are great.

β β β β β Hotel Ganga Regencyis such a nice hotel. It's situated in a heart of jamshedpur. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff is very professional and very cooperative with smily faces. Food is delicious and mouth watering. I recmond to all.Thanks Goibibo

β β β β β Hotel is decent. Good for the budget, but few improvements are needed. The cushion attached to the wall behind the bed had so much dust, like it was not cleaned since long. Also, one of the bathroom ventilation slider at the top of the wall was broken/non-existent.
The room overall was good and had the basic amenities. The room size was good and had some good looking antique type furnitures. Food was great and came in a nice quantity and the staff behaviour was also nice. Overall a decent experience.
