★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I went there on 18th of jan 2022 to book a pulsarn250. After receiving multiple calls from there sales rep I decided to go and check how the new pulsar is. The showroom manager who refused to reveal his name was very rude and straight away denied a test drive even though I was there to book the bike and pay in cash the same day. He had no reason for denying a test drive. The staff however was ready to give a test drive but he even thrashed the staff for agreeing to give a test drive. When I told him that I am spending 170000 on your bike so I should get a test drive his answer was even if you spend 2 lacs I am not going to allow a test drive. I would recommend anyother dealer but not swastik Bajaj. The sales team keep pestering you with calls and when it comes to delivering a good service their manager shows rude behaviour.
