★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy vespa or aprilla from kuntia motors if you want good service they not even good in free service they have never had any spare parts stock. Pls never ever go for paid service I purchased vespa from Puna (Maharashtra) No doubt vespa is best scooter I have ever encountered but I made my worst dession to go kuntia motors for service they charged me almost 7000 for service and next day after delivery my scooty start problem. On my first day of service I asked them the problem is voltage regulator but they blame battery is faulty which was owned one week before. Due to them I argued Amaron service person and ask for refund but they ask me to calm down and charge the battery and ask battery has no issues but still vsepa mechanic still blaming battery In the end I received my scooty and paid almost 7000 for service and after 1 day my scoty get stuck in middle of road and I call them for help then they accept the problem was voltage regulator and they had no voltage regulator left on stock and they bring old Voltage regulator for old vespa which was came in service centre for insurance clam . They asked my to use this old regulator for this they charged me as new regulator price I refused this offer and now my scooter has been no working condition since 30 days still new spare parts aren't available at this time ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an owner of Vespa LX 125 and within a year I encountered many problems with this scooter. The price of this scooter is very premium and one of the most expensive scooter in Indian market but the after sales service is worst and horrible in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. My vehicle is in service centre since 2 weeks and whenever I visit to know the status, they say 'sir, parts available nahi hai'. It's a hell of a experience with the after sales service of Vespa Jamshedpur, Kauntia Motors. I urge you not to buy Vespa from Kauntia Motors if you want peace of mind.

The showroom is a cheater they give you the wrong description about the vehicle and trying to sell in anycost, they even group up with fraud finance company and 3 party finance they do it and if anything goes wrong they will simply say we are not responsible please dont come to us and ignore you and their customers. I was one of many customer and asked more people who bought they were also told me the same thing. Kauntia Motors is a fraudsters. Please people they dont deserve good customer cheaters.
