★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay at the Garcia can't tell you how friendly and helpful the staff are. The facilities and the staff were absolutely amazing The breakfast options and service were a delight Our room was gorgeous and we had buffet there This buffet is class personified and this was part of our package deal, so we decided to give it a shot. We were so impressed with the vast array of foods to choose from and they were all so beautifully displayed . The service was good and the decor is beautiful. Our only wish is that we were big eaters so we could have enjoyed more of the delicious food offered there Mr sumit done a great job he served us really well and made a cheerful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very non- professional attitude of the staffs. No manager to cater to customer. Hotel is being run by untrained staffs.Very rough language of service staff. Bills have numerous spelling mistakes - one more example of non professionalism. It took 30min to settle bill in front office. The hotel keeps/ removes buffet breakfast as per their convenience. If guests are less -no breakfast. All this without informing the guest. My suggestion would be to avoid such place, until there is dire need.

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious well appointed with good quality beds/linens. Would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospitality, very friendly staff. The place is very luxurious and they try their best to maintain high level of hygiene. The staff always has their masks on and go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay.
Loved our stay there, highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is awesome. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Best part is its closeness to the airport and bus stand. However during my stay the breakfast buffet was not served. They gave the reason that the occupancy was not that many so it got served in the room. However the taste of food was good but the price was a bit high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kindness of customer-service they showed was top-notch. The room was clean, spacious, and overall beautiful! The Western-style power-outlet plugs that were on top of the Asian-style power-outlets in my room was a bonus-- I was happy to be able to use my laptop. The location is right next to many night-market style food, shopping, and train station--so it was super convenient. I would come back to this hotel in a heart beat!

Thee best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Darbhanga and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.
Overall, I had a great experience with the Garcia; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and also perfect to celebrate a birthday party, weekend.
It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.
