Reason for 3 star listing is that I had twice asked them to contact for corporate booking, but they didn't.
Neither at the time of my stay nor a week post my visit.
Don't know who to blame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on an official trip. Had a good stay experience, although buffet dinner available with MAP plan has limited options and disappointing as well. Breakfast is good and room size is average. Basic amenities like wifi, room cleaning available etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Hotel with lovely ambience. The staff were too good and well behaved.
There is a small pool in roof of the hotel. The food was also nice except the dessert section.
Their response to our calls and demands were quick.
Though the view from the hotel was not that good but overall from inside, the staff & the interior was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel for my Sister-in-law’s wedding on 16the Feb’22. Superb service and supportive staff. Our rooms have been upgraded to premium suits in deluxe price. All thanks to Manager Vikas and their front desk staff. Every decoration was perfectly aligned as per themes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. Nice taste of food. Banquet service is good, also I had dinner at this place. Nice taste and ambience. If you are in town and want to eat a good breakfast. Please do visit this place for breakfast buffet. Very decent price for buffet. Breakfast buffet is only for 350 per person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good, connectivity is also good not far from airport or railway station. Rooms are okay. if it has windows i would have called it good.wifi was not working even after reaching the reception twice.
Breakfast was good special mention to the lady who served us the breakfast.
Didn't like the concept of asking payment for every time I ordered the tea. Overall experience was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited to attend a wedding party. We were all togather 60-70 people in total.
Decoration, sitting arrangements as well as lighting were all good.
Unfortunately, we did not get satisfied with the quality of food in terms of taste. Food was served cold. We asked many times to the people in the service to check this, but no use. People just made us weight. Over-all service was unsatisfactory.
Management should look forward to prove the quality of service as well as train the staffs to act fast.
