★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is difficult to maintain service standards in Bihar, and I've seen very few exceptions - the cultural gap is too vast. First, there was a subtle discrimination with my young daughter who wanted to enter the pool (on the pretext of improper swimming costume, never mind the guys with vests and shorts) then occupied by several men. Then there was the restaurant service where the staff simply felt overwhelmed by the guests. Yes, they also expect tips at every turn! Worst, the internet did not work (it is not weak or even intermittent) in my suite on the sixth floor. Food was ordinary, but overpriced. Luckily, the washrooms were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended my friend marriage ceremony here.nice ambience, good connectivity. Not certain if food was from lemon tree however food taste was not up to mark,most of the vegetables has low or no salt, it's just feel taste less.seatin arrangment was good ample of space there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited This hotel with our Sales Team, its room service is too bad. I asked 8 Tea Cup. after 3 Reminders within 1 hour I didn't get it. Finally I was called to its Senior Manager and told about above then after Room service will be available after 20 Minutes with Tea Cups.?
You can understand its service now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best survival rooms in patna. The rooms are clean, they actually take care of hygiene and food they serve. The least you can rate their food is 4.8 out of 5. The starters are of another level ?. The the main courses yes, they have every single dish of your wish. If you're for vacation in payna just chose this hotel for your stay and you'll never regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lemon tree has become a renowned name in Patna. The hospitality is charming and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and organised. They provide for conferencing, marriage functions and seminars. A good practice observed was screening of luggage. I would recommend this chain of hotel among the top 5 in Patna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can bet this is not a 5 Start hotel by any ways!! The service and the quality of the food is worst. I have never ever tasted this kind of food in my life time. I have asked the complaint book, they have provided me feedback form. I have given the feedback and as informed by the supervisor, I should get a call back from the hotel. But till now no one has called me and I am 200 %no will call me also.
I have wasted 2400 for 3 people and it was complete waste of money.
I would request to the management please take some action. I will never recommend anyone to this restaurant. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice experience. The stay was really good. The best part was that the hotel have hired many mute/deaf or both. Which is something really inspiring, 3 cheers for them.
Mine was a superior king room. There was plenty of space in the room. However I felt that there should have been an extra single sofa in the room. But that's just a personal preference.
