Helpful front desk.
If you will come for religious rituals at GAYA, then you can choose this hotel for staying.
You can get the sharing Auto/Taxi from the main gate/road in front of hotel for "Varat Sheba Ashram". From there, you can start to perform all rituals....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ गया में पिछले तीन दिनों में मैं तीन अलग-अलग गो स्टे होटलों में रुका हूँ | यह उनमें से सबसे खराब अनुभव देने वाला होटल था | टूटा पलंग जो कि बार-बार शिकायत के बाद भी कोई देखने तक नहीं आया | गंदे परदे, गंदी दीवारें और बाथरूम | यहाँ तक की पीने का साफ़ पानी तक नहीं दिया गया | ओढ़ने के लिए अगर कंबल या चादर भी नहीं | अमरेली में रखे गिलासों में सिगरेट के जले टुकड़े भरे थे | आप सब फोटो में देख सकते हैं | एक शब्द में स्वच्छता-सेवा शून्य होटल का 100℅ अनुभव |

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was somehow OK. But AC temperature was fixed, as there was no remote to operate. Rate was mentioned one during call and provided another rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was booked by some event planner for a wedding, which I attended. I was allotted a room on the fourth floor. Lack of maintenance was evident everywhere. Did not see any cleaners during my two nights stay. The sofa was broken and the cupboard locked. The TV and telephone were not working. AC was not working. Bathroom was rusty and dirty. Room floors were not swept. Hot water availability was erratic.
My room had towels . Toilettries were pathetic , half filled bottles ,no dental kit.
The room had electric kettle and a hair dryer.
Staff were polite and tried to he helpful when called. But certain things seemed beyond their control. The restaurant was ok.
The hotel driver Alam who took us for sight seeing was excellent.
