★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent stay at the hotel, landline wasn't working and the hotel was not reachable to inform about late check in or check outs. We checked in at around 7 in the evening. Goibibo helped in retaining the booking.

rooms are value for money and decent for night stay.
Restaurant has good food and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the rooms are alright, if you are coming for a good stay and service, I promise you you will be disappointed. The room service is the absolute worst. Upon enquiring, we learnt that the place has been running under the pretext of being under construction from years. If you aren't here for the room service and just to go to Imagica and ignore everything else it is cool. If not please look for something else. The food too is average.

Room rate is reasonable but food is very expensive
I got milk glass for 80 (Sorry if you compare 5 star rates then it's on lower side)
Overall a very good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has re-opened after lockdown and they don't have much staff to care of things, the restaurant looks good, but service is poor you can expect half an hour of waiting time for your order, the Landline phones were not working, we had to come down from the room to place the order for dinner, Rooms were okayish and could have been better. 1 extra star for the some of the staff for being cordial and considerate enough to take care of some of our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent hotel. Definitely not a 3 star. Rooms are nice and clean and they are the USP of the hotel. Restaurant is just below the hotel an serves good food. And that's all that is good about this hotel.
Service is absolutely rubbish. For the 2 days, during which I was in hotel, they used restaurant guys as room service. Not the best experience in that regard. The guy who sits on the reception does everything.
Location is another good thing but only when you are visiting Imagicaa. Just walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for just a night stay than this hotel fulfill your needs. If you are looking memorable hotel stay than don't go for this. Hotel room & service are just average quality. You may need to call each time to housekeeping for even a complimentary water bottle.. Parking space available. Dinner food is not awesome but similar like other available option so just to fill your tummy it's ok. Breakfast menu is worst in taste whether it's poha or missal pav or uttappa. Better to go out and have vada pav. No other food option in Breakfast. Good thing is it's opposite to Imagica, so you can go walk-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room allocated to us were neat and decently spacious. Corridor and stairs were a bit Dusty, probably due to construction work. Location is excellent. Hardly 10min walk to Imagica entrance. Room service was let down. Nobody picked phone at reception or restaurant. Had to go and find somebody. Overall good if you are planning to stay overnight for price you pay. All Hotel restaurant food that we ordered was of very good taste.
