★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying at Novotel and enjoying Imagica and Aquamagica was kind of an annual ritual for our family even before covid. It's a great way to enjoy the theme parks. The kids get to have fun the whole day and the parents get to relax at the end of the day. The hotel is very well equipped with amenities and even from a location perspective. Its a good short break for folks from Mumbai. They have a kiddies play area and an amazing pool. The rooms are reasonably large and airy. Their room service menu is adequate and the food served was great. We tried both chinese and Indian and they were equally good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and pretty standard. The only issue we faced this trip was that service was a problem on multiple instances. Requests to housekeeping or reception required multiple reminders and we ended up having to wait a long time for simple things like clearing plates from the room or getting the bed made etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seemed like we walked into a hospital room white walls and bed and grey curtains. No feeling of luxury in the room at all.
Torn curtain separating the glass facade of the bathroom and the room.
Check in for three people but room has one face towel and two towels and cups. You ask for supplies nothing comes. Housekeeping says talk to restaurant for extra cup.
The Spa is closed. The pool closes at 7 pm. There is one table tennis table one carrom board that’s it. What they expect guests to do on that property only they can tell.
There is only one restaurant which takes 15 minutes and three four requests to serve water. The inly saving grace was the Indian food they served.
The next day there is a wedding so get greeted by a band at the lobby and complete chaos of wedding guests checking in.
The place is still under staffed it seems and though they took bookings they forgot to hire people it seems.
It’s not a five star property for sure. Very pathetic experience. Thank God I had booked only for a day.

Breakfast was included and was elaborate with lot of variety, good taste and you will have good start to the day?
Food and drinks are very expensive inside, something that Novotel might really want to reconsider a bit.
But all in all good experience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been here to enjoy Imagica Park. Hotel has good interiors. Food quality was very good but too expensive. Service provided dats room cleaning was not at all satisfied. Rooms has bad odor due to no ventilation. One can stay just to enjoy Imagica since it's close by. Management need to improve. Hope to see your development in future.

1. Have to call multiple times for services, feel they are under staffed.
2. Pool closed at 7pm, too early. Atleast open till 8 pm. Also can place little bit music / speaker to make it more lively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's mostly catering to the Imagica tourists. The property is well located, mid point between Mumbai and Pune. Walking ? distance from Imagica park. The property has a lot of scope for improvement, probably due to post covid factor. Loads of maintenance needed. Is one of the best 5star properties to work with, they are very easy going and cooperative for doing events here. The staff is cordial and nice. The rooms either over see the hills next door or the Imagica park. Recently sized rooms with good baths. It's surely worth the price, as totally sad places to stay in the vicinity are charging 4k for a night. Book your nights here.
