★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay. Rooms and bathroom, Bedsheets and pillows were very dirty. No hot water facility even in chilled cold weather. It is shown good only in pics. Low maintenance, waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was smoking and all on reception counter itself. Hotel was too dirty. Only 1 person in whole hotel for service. Toilet was not cleaned. TV was not working. Water Heater was not working.
Over all very bad experience of Hotel Kalas (Opposite Railway Station), Ujjain
I was paid in advance on MMT, that's why stayed in that hotel.

Staff is not supportive. Rooms are not cleaned. Mosquitoes and cockroaches are already there to welcome you. Service is pathetic. Even if you are getting rooms at cheapest cost, dont go. We got frustrated by hotel receptionist and their services. Better to go for another options.
