★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel experience till date, I've booked a prepaid room for two by OYO app, after reaching hotel they refused to take us in because they said OYO cost them heavy loss through pandemic but when I said I have a prepaid booking they let us in but demanded extra money because I have a local ID, I denied so harshly so they let us check-in, the rooms conditions were horrible, seems like not cleaned up since ages, the bedsheet, pillows and blanket were too dirty, but somehow I managed, asked the guy to change atleast pillow covers so we can sleep, they mentioned 24/7 kitchen but that was not operational, I've ordered for a bottle of water but that was also not available, the hotel guy got me a bottle filled with tap water, AC and television was not working at all. At the time of check out they forced us to give a five star rating on OYO app in front of them. So I can say that the 4.3 overall rating of this hotel on OYO app is fake.
Not recommended at all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good but I booked hotel from 8th dec 12PM till 9th dec 11AM. But they asked me to checkout at 6 PM on 8th dec otherwise I will have to pay extra charges.. This was not informed earlier by oyo or hotel..

Location: ok
Reception/ist: people who doesn't even care about people, they just want to fill there rooms.
Room and services: worst - no water, no services, they have given me the room which someone already acquired, all his luggage kept in drawers and tables
All the rooms has moisture issue, walls has sweating issue due to moisture,
They don't even care of sweeping out the dust from reception.
Worst room service, they don't have any food service, if you called them they will order that food from swiggy and provide you.
Bed and bedsheet has foul smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic hotel room ever visited, ohhh should I call this shady building a hotel.....I know what Ritesh Agarwal says about th moto behind opening the OYO company....but this is defeating the purpose itself.
Oyo State and in Indore is pathetic, do something to save your brand of you care otherwise it is already very bad here.
