★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest review . Me and my family stayed for a day .The room is pathetic without a dustbin and they are charging more. The worst part is they will provide salt water for drinking which they dont even drink but gives their cust to drink. The AC room doesnt have remote control to control the AC. They forced us to buy drinking water separately and when we went against it they asked us to leave the hotel. We had to buy drinking water from outside. The rooms are not so clean to stay even. Behaviour of the stuffs sucks. The only positive thing about this hotel is that you can enjoy full sea view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, rooms r sea facing, big and airy. There is lift in the building. Exactly on Swargadwar. Food is also good. They don't accept credit cards only cash payment. Only con is that they have no water filter and the hotel boys supply filtered water at very high rate. We bought 20 litre bisleri bottle for 170 Rs. U may also buy local water for lower rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a budget hotel, so we can't expect too much but still there are things I didn't like, there were bed bugs in room and the restaurant food is not good, they make every dish very sweet and more thing that I didn't like is the don't let the guest to use the lift between 3pm to 6pm at that time how the senior citizens will go to their room, by stairs seriously? Appart from these things rest all are quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, very good location, good food quality, nice location. But I want the following to be changed-
1. They take much time to cook the food.
2. The rooms have attached bathrooms with comet but no shower.
3. The rooms of the back side of the hotel is expected to be cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the worst hotel I have ever been too. The hygiene and cleanliness sucks. People are very unprofessional. They attract tourists by publishing their sea view tower pictures, however they will surprise you after check in by giving back view tower rooms which are filthy. They are charging price for sea view rooms for these their class filthy rooms. Not at all recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel in the whole world. Kindly please don't book this hotel at any cost. They misbehaved with the ladies in front of my own eyes. The AC rooms has no AC . Every thing is broken. The customers are really unhappy. Aweful smelly rooms are full of bed bugs. Please don't book this hotel at all.
