But they should take care of the mosquitoes in the rooms as well. Because in my room there were many.

But bed is comfortable
Other services are good and hotel stuffs are well behaved
Vicinity is very crowded
Nearby Malls, beach is only 800m away

Breakfast was not up the mark. They get it from outside.
Car parking is far away from the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good no, it's Better place to stay with Family at affordable price with safety Environment. Giving 3* coz they/Management need to improve a lot's of in Breakfast menu. No boiled eggs, no fruits, no juice, no buffet type arrangements.. only limited items in Breakfast on order. Rest staff is very polite, coordinating and helpful. Room service is also nice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and clean rooms. Very near to alibaug rickshaw and bus stand. 10 mins walk from alibaug beach. Lots of restaurants to explore nearby. Polite and cooperative staff. But hotel does not have lift and parking only for 1 or 2 cars max. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Didn't have our vehicle. Nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Nirvana-The Location is Good, and in the City Center (the window outside view doesn't matter) as on a holiday most of us are out at day time.
The Rooms look fresh and are Clean, however I had to ask for clean bedsheets and bed spread,
The wash room was clean and with hot water throughout....TV working but message says DTH has to be recharged from RMN?
They don't have their own restaurant, but tied up with a hotel called Phulora which is about 3 minutes away, the food is good, but when we asked for plates, I was told we are not suppose to eat in the room but at the arrangement made at the ground floor, on request they send us spoons and we had to eat direct from the food containers
The AC was remote controlled and was switched off sometimes (by external forces), but the two fans did the cooling job then
No Lift, which you need most after a tiring walk
If you have a vehicle, there is no parking, they park your car about 700 meters away in a lane which is a minus point.
The staff is good and deliver with a smile, This Hotel premises are super
Clean, but something is missing somewhere which has to be taken care of basic things like water drinking glasses, spoons, plates should be placed in the room
(I had all this in paper/plastic plates, glasses and spoons in my car) but my car was about 700 meters away and it was around 9.00 pm
Love the location and the cleanliness of Hotel Nirvana
Will come again but till then
hopefully all will fall in place??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is clean , staff is very helpful but there is no lift in this 4 floor building, no room on ground floor which may be concern for few. View from few rooms aren't so great as facing water well which is being used by neighbouring locals to take bath etc.
We need to ask for each thing like soap, shampoo, towel, water. For complimentary breakfast also need to ask for more options , by default they said poha or upma on day 1 of our stay and on day 2 based on experience when we asked further, they mentioned about idli, paratha etc.
However staff is very courteous and delivers all with smile ,no irritation so there isn't issue with the attitude.
In terms of logistics hotel is just next to bus stand ,auto stand and market place. Nearest beach is Alibaug beach which is approximately 1 km from hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only advantage is, it is a 5 mins walk from city bus stop and other ferry bus stops.
I called hotel before reaching but still the room was not ready. Then there was the water leak issue in bathroom so they gave us a different room. The new room was on 2nd floor and had some more space than the prior one (not sure why it wasnt alloted on the 1st place).
We had to call and ask for everything like water bottle, soap. Intercom was not working so we have been asked to use the mobile number to contact. we did not receive hot water on time next day. I had waited for 30 mins and finally bathed with cold water since we need to leave for our tour. also the blanket was torn from inside and we have been told that those will be changed next day as all the stuff is sent for laundry, but they did not change it since we didnt ask/press for it.
In a nutshell, it wasn't a good experience. it could have been way better. There is no balcony. The hotel is fairly expensive. lot of other hotels, villas are available in same or better prices with quality service and nice view.
