★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two different building for ac rooms and non ac rooms..
Door was locked when we reached to this place around 11:00 pm.
First day deadly mosquito ate us. But second day they gave us incense stick.
Tv was on but channel were not given.
They arranged us hot water in this cold time.
Overall average, can be better.

I chose your property as suggested by your customer service representative who portrayed a completely different picture compared to reality. The representative gave me assurance that this is best hotel as per location and cleanliness. You guys should fire such liars. I asked her multiple times that I already has worst experience at Puri, Bhubaneswar with OYO executive as she suggested me a hotel at worst locality there hence I did not make to booking. I was new to the place I had landed in Bhubaneswar for a day just cause I had my train from that particular station. But instead of helping a new-bee your representative just conned us.
Ever since I checked in, my experience has always been the worst.
No room service facilities were available for tea, food and room cleaning. The bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned before check-in. The blanket was complete disaster, felt like it was not washed since ages. There was dirt and hair all over the room. Also there were hell lot of mosquitoes. Such pathetic experience. I even got allergy after sleeping on that bed and had to take medical help.
Just because of poor room we did not even stayed back. I asked for a good family friendly hotel however this was some cheap kinda hotel.
In short, your service has completely ruined our vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor hotel and Absolutely do not go to this hotel, it is the most useless hotel, the staff here is absolutely rude behavior, nothing in the name of service.
There is no remote for ac and tv, there is a problem of water leakage, safogation in the room. Please don't go for this Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because of location I have given the star the manager don't even want to see his face again, he was the worst and his attitude towards the guest. Don't visit this hotel. There are many good places around, overall my experience was just worst won't be coming here again
