★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say good things about this hotel. Staffs are so friendly and welcoming. They treated everyone with kindness and respect. One of the employees Madhu was such a sweetheart who always asked me if I was doing OK. As a guest, I felt so safe and pampered regardless of the outside atmosphere. Their chef is also excellent. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. Coffee is authentic and good too. I really loved their grilled sandwich and egg burji. The hotel building is very spacious with high ceiling. Wifi is strong. Hot water is constant. Location is also good with lake view. I will never forget this hotel and the hospitality they’ve provided me in the middle of the difficult times. It was like an oasis. Thank you
