★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not even deserve the 1 rating, AC not working, mosquitoes are all over the room, Washrooms are stinky, staff is very arrogant, no electricians no housekeeping available at late evening, full government attitude of staff, Even hotel manager is also Fool, not even single penny is worth staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for charging our Tata Nexon EV. The fast charger is placed outside of hotel in compound wall. It was a nice experience to recharge a Car without any help although no one was there to attend. One can plug in and recharge through mobile app. Amazing experience.

We had a night stop while doing transit from nagpur to pune and took a halt in this hotel. Staff is well mannered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place clean rooms and good enough bathrooms, food preparation was also better than average, I attended a wedding, decoration was also descent. Parking space available indoor as well as outdoors, traffic can cause minor problems as there is a underpass nearby and it seems to be the only one in vicinity.
There is a hanuman temple just opposite of the hotel, and is connected to amravati badnera main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel stay is ok but the restaurant staff is having half knowledge of their menu list, but hey said something else but the order came out something else . We had to return the food twice due to their absent mind about orders given. Also slow service and food quality is ok . Overall staying is fine but their restaurant service is very poor

There is no exhaust fan in toilet. No cleanliness, no maintenance (Furniture, bed, bathroom etc). Even lobby is not clean and maintained.
Only reception, restaurants and other halls were maintained.

A decent looking, pathetic, understaffed property that needs trained and experienced staff, not only at the front desk, but in each department of Room Service, Housekeeping, restaurant and the bar. Starting with the dreadful front desk who have no sense of customer service and accountability for anything, who have to be reminded for each request, not once, not twice but several times. If you need to order food and beverages, please ensure you order at the minimum 2-3 hours in advance. If you need tea at 6:30AM, ensure you order the tea at 3:30 AM. Best recommendation would be to avoid ordering any food or tea to your room because it'll never show up. You need to keep calling them repeatedly. Room service is abysmally slow. I doubt if the staff or ownership have the word cleanliness in their dictionary, it is indeed a very sad state of affairs. The room is infested with mosquitoes. I had to remind several times to have the housekeeping provide me with something to control the mosquitoes. Now that we are talking about housekeeping, the last straw! One of my T-Shirts went missing after I returned to the room last night. You must lock your belongings or be at the risk of the invisible ghosts flicking it, since as per the front desk their housekeeping staff is pristine.
This was a one off visit to this city, to which I am unlikely to return, hence hopefully my review is helpful to those unknown to the city.
To end the review on a positive note, The AC worked fine which was my biggest savior, since I am not used to such dry intense heat..
