★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the ac was not working so they shifted us to another room. i asked for 1 hr late check-out, they agreed at first and then suddenly they said to vacate the room in 15 mins. checkout was really hectic.one good point is they allow outside food inside the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 05/03/2022 the receptionist working on the NIGHT SHIFT(wearing glasses) DENIED ME ENTRY with NO EXPLANATION!! only saying visitors ARE NOT ALLOWED!!! .The room had been booked already FOR 2 persons,the other guest being Indian was allowed inside and ME being AFRICAN was DENIED!! Even after explaining to him that I have been there before,I even told him to check records to confirm with my ID HE still REFUSED!! The AUDCITY!! RACIST MAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been there for a 2 days stay. The location is quite and away from crowd. The rooms are small as compared to the rates charged by them but good and clean rooms. The housekeeping guys were good who maintained good hygiene of the room . Food is good with not much options. Overall a decent stay.

The location was convenient and near to select city walk mall.

Disliked · I experienced a foul and damp odor as I entered the room because the wall was wet. I immediately informed the reception to open the windows. They refused to open the windows and offered to spray a refresher. It was impossible to stay longer in the same room, and I requested to change the room the next day. There was black fungus on the bathroom wall in the new room, the Air conditioner switch to raise/lower temperature was broken, and the keycard access was not working and had to be recalibrated multiple times. The staff at reception were unprofessional and rude (except the manager). No visitors are allowed in the hotel. Breakfast rates offered by the hotel were higher than the rates offered by booking.com. However, the hotel manager revised the breakfast rates. The quality of breakfast was below average. The waiter was rude and refused my food request. However, the restaurant manager intervened and agreed to my food request. The hotel staff refused to reheat food ordered from outside and, after my request, warned me (this is my first time and last time) to ask the hotel to reheat outside food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of the city with market feasibility to GK, Khan market, Select city walk mall. This hotel is providing services beyond a 3 star hotel would normally provide. All the staffs including the security guard are very polite and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was very good , cooperated by Chef Sharma. We will definitely book again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really comfortable and quiet, great for a getaway. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is great; it was easy for a foreigner like me to adapt to the taste. Where I needed moderation, they listened and made adjustment to suit my palate.
The hotel is generally clean and cost is moderate.
Hotel Saket 27 is highly recommended. I look forward to visiting India and staying here again.
