★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room service is too late. Hotel bedroom is good but washroom is bad. Hotel room is dusty. Tv, telephone, electric cattle,AC,wifi and small freez available inside the room. Room price is too high according to room facilities. Hotel kitchen is not available.many local shop available outside of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with nice staff, located at nice location near PVR Anupam, Saket. Slight drawback is - most rooms (total 49) are centrally air conditioned, you can feel hot temperature even after running AC sometimes but that can be ignored when you're having calm, cozy rooms with a good environment.
Rooms are cleaned daily, restaurants are nearby. Community place is just 50 metres away. Gift shops, flower shops, reliance digital, chroma etc all are within 50 - 100 metres away.
You should try this hotel, you'll stay satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Basic hygiene and cleanliness is missing.
2. The water heaters weren't functioning, while it may be the most basic thing that a guest will expect. No concerned professional personnel attend the issue.
3. The air conditions controls weren't working properly either. For a day's stay it may do but for a longer stay it can be a difficulty.
4. Lifts, appliances and overall service was decent and not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 confirmation the hotel refuse to give Room tell me that they don’t give room to international client who come for medical ! … We called the hotel 3 times to confirm the room about a client who came to india for checkup the hotel confirm that they have room available then when they Clint reached hotel they refused to give room to him !
After an other phone confirmation this morning date 19 April when the client reached hotel they refuse the room saying we don’t give room to ! international client !
This unprofessional behaviour from hotel staff is really bad they are so high head that they don’t even talk to people properly !
I think people should save there time and money going there !

Major hospitals. Checkin was smooth, rooms are small and bathroom is ok as per the room size. Haven’t tried any food at the hotel as you have local restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel runs a security deposit scam. The manager at reception asked my family for a 4000 ruppee deposit in cash
Even, though we had booked and payed online the room fees, for one night stay. We were transiting from there to our resort.
Paid the manager in cash. He said he would give us the receipt next day. Next morning, we check out, and I ask him my deposit.
Suddenly the guy has no recollection of ever taking money from me. And my whole family was there as witness.
That really killed our entire Holiday.
And we won't be coming back.
Do your hotel background checks in India, double check and leave nothing to doubt.
You can't trust an Indian from India.
Sad but all very true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... My boyfriend stayed there for the second time... First time { before covid } it was good. But this time, he had alot of problems.. like pillows and bedsheets were dirty, curtains were not closing properly also had holes in it... With washroom- no warm water, water was leaking.. that he had to put towels on the floors... And also way expensive..

I have been requesting thrice for AC temperature to cool down. Since its hot. Yet the management people have ignored my request. Upon checking on to the room, only the bed was made. Cleanliness wise it was the most disgusting thing i have experienced. There were hair everywhere. Water leaking and Dust everywhere. Worst experience ever
