★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While traveling to anugul I visited there restaurant with a mindset as it is a 4star hotel service must be good.
But after reaching there I found the clean Ness is not at all maintained. Staffs are trained like dhaba. Not attaining customer on time.very late food served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited first time, newly made hotels, rooms are big, good and comfortable. But, the service is very poor, these people needs to improve a lot on their service part, there's a lot of confusion and miscommunication among various internal departments!!
Asked for.a green tea bag along with a bottle of water at 22:15, got the tea bag at 23:15, forgot the water. Ordered dinner in the restaurant, got after 25 mins, ordered additional roti, got after 20 minutes. Buffet dinner is bit costly against their offerings. A packaged drinking water bottle @ 63 Rupees!!!
The hotel needs to improve a lot on the Hospitality part, the infrastructure is perfect!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best one at Angul given the location, food quality and service. Only a swimming pool is needed to make it a decent 5 star hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite room which had good furniture, ventilated balcony, room coffee set, television and clean well ventilated bathrooms. Also we got complimentary breakfast and WiFi. Food was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice spacious room with attached balcony having seating arrangements, cozy hotel with eye-soothing interiors, located beside the highway only, almost 3 km from angul railway station. Hotel having parking facilities. Food is good. Restaurants are chic.
