1. Room was not at all clean. There were stains on chair, blanket cover had spots, blanket was even torn and old. Bed side table was full of dust.
2. Almost everything was out of order. TV AC even toilet flush wasnt working for each we had to ask reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has very bad behaviour they will stare at your girl,sister,daughter,wife with listful eyes even they provide you dirty rooms yes hotel room are very cheap but for my experience i booked room here and not stayed huat because here the hospitality is like serving to you in a jail and the hotel staff are jail incharge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice place for accomodation. Staff is very well mannered and polite. Everything is near by the place. The rooms are cleaned and decent. Would recommend this place in Agra for stay you won't regret staying here the price the rooms the staff everything is just too good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad hotel staff my room is full of smoking smell i requested hotel manager to clean it they said they dont clean it staff member are very bad they stared at my wife for that bad behavior i checkout after a hour and then checked in to hotel vikram palace if you want to enjoy your hotel stay please dont book shree residency never ever staff is very egoistic
ataff response they are treating i am staying here atvfree of cost even they have not giving water bottles or room cleaning room is full of smoking ashes and dirty bedsheet and bad smells OHhhh! lord i am requesting to everyone who is reading these comments please dont stay here this not good for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had worst experiance during my stay in this hotel. Staff was unprofessional. Rooms were dirty.There were foot marks all over the floor. I requested to clean the rooms however it was just formality not more. Bathroom was stinky. No ventilation at all. Room size was very small. Only one person to serve all the rooms. Kitchen operate at its wish not as per customer requirements. Bedsheet, pillow covers, blankets have had strains.
