★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic condition of the rooms. Food rates are like a Star hotel, but food is like a low cost hotel. TV, Phone, Wall clock are not working. No Newspaper available at the hotel counter. Not changing the bed sheets and pillow covers. Pillows are in very bad shape. AC is also not working. In short very dirty hotel.

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST and Manager. Before booking they confirmed you can smoke and drink, and later at night were threatening to file charges for smoking and drinking.

A short but pleasant stay. Suggest improvement in service and layout of dining area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the air conditioned deluxe rooms. Upkeep could be better, but I blame the covid impact to the entire hospitality industry. The staff was cordial and the food was delicious. There is ample parking available. The best part is proximity to Narmada Udgam temple. One thing to note is that they take cash only. If you book online, make sure to confirm booking and payment receipt with property.
