Low water pressure in cistern and bibcock.Hot water distribution is very poor. Mud house is just horrible.Susunia hill too far from hotel.

He use to tell a lot but in reality did nothing and use to give false pictures of his resorts so before going with family for vacations please make a visit. I will strongly recommend NOT TO VISIT WITH FAMILY.

Room conditions even very poor, beds are not comfortable to sleep, smelly blankets. Toiletories like soap/shampoo/Towel does not provide. Food quality is medium. No proper place to park car. They are renovating the whole area, in this situation they should not take any booking or they can reduce the price to half of it's rate.

If you have personal car then it's ok but otherwise you will face a lot of problems. It's about 5KM from the Susunia hills. Actually it's not a property to stay with family. For us very bad experience. We booked a three beded cottage but when we arrived they gave us other room which was worst. That was the driver's 5 beded dormitory and at the rear portion of the property. After a lot of confrontations they changed it and gave us the actual room booked by us. After then they behaved very good. Food quality is not bad.

Room- 0 Toilet- 1 Food- 3 Maintenance- 0 Service- 3 Management- 0 They took advance of Rs 2000 for A/C cottage room and after reaching there we found that they already allotted our cottage to someone else and gave us this storage type room with dirty bedsheets, stinking toilet and totally uncleaned room... You can see the condition of the room by my photos... The only thing the management professionally do is sending bills and taking money...

Room and bathroom are not cleaned and maintained . They committed to provide organic food but they provide worst food.. Manager of the hotel is totally fake.. Too much sleepless night.. WORST HOTEL EVER

The rooms are full of rats and insects and there's no use of complaints because the management is simply a team of clowns who have no interest except raking up profits and spending it all on booze. The owner is simply a wild animal in a human exterior, left loose to insult people and treat everyone like a rascal including staff and guests alike. The food is absolute shithousery where people having medications are also compelled to suffer by eating sugar-rich food and having dinner as late as about 12. Not to mention the rotten food served very now and then. Now coming to travel, rates fluctuate before and after trip. When protested against it, the owner's even gives threat to lock doors so that protestant doesn't leave. So all-in-all, it's a horrible place to be in and better never to visit in your life.
