★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good hotel near to the road and it has good a temple by its side which is very good the service is also very good it has got its own parking slot which is a very good thing compared to the other hotels out here and the food service is also very good if any one visits Kharagpur then they should visit and stay at this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic room service. Unstable rates.. They keep varying their rates daily. So they can more likely make a fool of u. Specially couples beware...they charge heavily for couples as they blv them as an opportunity to exploit...
Staff behavior will piss u off...
So not recommended in 1st place...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place to stay, food service is not available arrange somewhere else, there is a dhabha near by. If comming in group please take the hall @200 per person, not beds in hall only beadings. Room is costly for groups. Toilet is not very clean.

Worst Ac room - 19th era ac are there .bed n bedsheet are dirty.bathroom is bad.
No one of hotel changes n take care of service of room bed sheets cleaning of bath room.
They are just hankering about money...
Just begging money before our estimated date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for small stay. Easy to reach. Food is good and you can also get deliveries from zomato. The drinking water should be bought rather than getting refill from the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic place I have encountered in my life time. Peak winters rooms have a thin paper like blanket resembling more like bed sheets. Toilet has no towels, toiletries. Original IDs are seized and confiscated moment one checks in. Staffs are well trained to find excuses and not to give you original IDs back. Rooms have different rates if guests have any female with them. Rates are immediately doubled fully knowing guests cannot leave them elsewhere. This hotel should be rewarded as MOST UNPROFESSIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service is worst. They have not even provided any towels and shop into room. They don't know how to take care of the customer and also don't know how to behave . We have to keep on asking them about bath towels and shops then they r providing. Worst hotel service. I will update the photos in a while
