★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It works. The hotel has a good location, spacious rooms and satisfactory ambience.
But, their staff seems to be severely lacking. The room service sleeps from 10 p.m. to 2 p.m. and the receptionist wants us to find the 'Ladka Log' and talk to them if you want some water bottles to be sent to the room or give clothes for laundry.
If they improve their service, these would be a fun place to stay at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here in the month of Jan 2019. It was my first visit to Kolkata. Its claimed to be a 3 star property. Staff were really good, they even guided us on how to choose the places to visit nearby as it was a short family trip and we didn't have much time. Food was good. Housekeeping service was decent. Over all a good stay ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely deluxe stay away from home in the Official area close by are Park Street, Vanaf Street, AJ C Bose Road, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Chowringhee Road, Nearest Metro Station is Rabindra Sadan or Maidan and very close to it is the famous Victoria Memorial and Indian Museum even Esplanade Bus Terminal and Dharamtalla Market, Theatre Road A.C. Market, New Market, etc. It has a Bar cum Restaurant , So overall worth your money. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG... According to room size price is too much high, I have to stay because someone booked the room for me. May be room rents are high in this area but room size is terribly small for a single healthy man. Forgot to take picture. Other things are ok but room size ?

Service - bed, blanket and cleanliness was average.
Location - Prime location - easy access to Rabindra sadan metro, Maidan metro, Vardhan market, Tanishq, Pantaloons, Haldiram and nearby many hotels, victoria etc.
