★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very close to park street, so if you want to live in the center of the city for few days then pick this place. It's not the best budget-friendly option in park street tho. The hotel needs a little bit of maintenance especially in the bathrooms, where showers or jet sprays lack pressure and their shower system is not working properly. I found this issue even in their suite room. Their extra bed is also very expensive compared to other hotels in a similar price range.

Management dept of the hotel please look into it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is not good. Cooks have no idea regarding paneer items. Paneer butter masala & Kadai Paneer have the same taste as they prepare it with brown sweet gravy., whereas Kadai Paneer is on the dry side they make it with heavy gravy & excess oil. Previous cooks were much better as they knew what they were cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality and taste of food is pathetic. I stayed with family from 25th December 2021 to 26th December 2021. Unfriendly staff including receptionist and room service staff . The have shown the actual color of Calcutta. Will probably never visit Calcutta again . Room is also very small but they charge for 3 persons.

No advisable for leisure stay with families. The arrogance of staff would spoil the mood and happiness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Hotel ever been too. The hotel staff is the most pathetic . Biswajeet, at the Break Counter in the early morning was so rude to us.
Never seen such a behaviour till date.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Better go to other hotel.

(different booking) the first day was good. the staff on the checkout day was very unprofessional. they somehow billed me for beverages that I didn't consume just because of some error at their end. I was getting late for a flight and the total billing was less. I requested them to let me leave and just confirm at their end. if they are so sure about the order, I will transfer the amount. And I was sure I didn't order anything. they made me wait for 20 min or more. Until then, my cab driver was waiting outside and they were asking him to move too. even the driver was frustrated. I was alone and spent more on that hotel but they just ruined my morning on 5 Dec 2021 along with my cab driver. 2 stars because the lady staff on duty on 3 Dec while checking was very cooperative.
