★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went smooth for us. Staff was cooperative. Lab should arrange some tea / coffee for the patients and their attendants as sometimes people have to wait for long time. Should stamp their documents when handing over to patient/attendant instead of sending patient to another desk/floor just for stamp, it was hassle free though, no sbi like queue for stamping ?. If possible should setup small cafeteria also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience at HOD today. The cost of PET Scan is very cheap compared to other places. The staff members are so very friendly, co-operative and professional. Though i am from Nepal, i didn't face any difficulty whatsoever, thanks to Manju Mam who managed every procedure for us very smoothly and most importantly without any delay. All other staff members are also very humble. I would recommend HOD to everyone who wants their test to be done as reports are also mostly delivered very quickly indeed.

Very Reasonable rates by a chain brand itself compared to biggies like Dr. lal path and Certain major Hospitals across Delhi.
PET CT Department and staff are very nice. polite behaviour.
Clean and Hygiene environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff members are good, helpful and exceptionally fast service and it is good as they serve on first come first serve basis. You just need to call and they will tell you all you need to know and you can also contact on WhatsApp and they will help you there as well. There is one receptionist Ms. Ruby she is very helpful and good, she helped in all my test to conduct fast and told about how the test will take place. Everyone should consider HOD for there tests. They will grant your report in 24 hours and it can be given early also. You will be informed by message on your phone.

Bringing your own private vehicle could be a problem here due to parking issues. The staff was cooperative and polite. The waiting was just enough to adjust all the people. Service over here was good.
