★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional lala type people with no respect for other people's time. I placed an order for a toilet seat which at first they told me will be available after one day, then told me will be available after five days. I agreed to wait but requested them to inform me if there are any more delays because I was really pushing the deadline to complete renovation before Diwali. I told them about my situation in detail and they assured me that the order will be available on time and if there is any delay they will inform me. I believed them but afterwards when I called to check the status, they conveniently avoided picking up my calls for no good reason. After numerous tries, I called from another number which they immediately picked up. They gave me the lamest reason that they were not picking up my calls (on a mobile phone) because the shop is closed. When I called on the day of the delivery they picked up only after relentlessly calling ten times and shamelessly told me that the item is not available yet, I can take another one. If I had to take another one I wouldn't have waited for a week, idiot. I understand that there can be delays but I'm furious that they avoided my calls and delayed my construction for no good reason. They agreed to inform me and then deliberately did not pick my calls. I wish people like them always get stuck in the slowest lane in traffic and their internet gets disconnected every two seconds. Morons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of ti!es. Johnson brand show room, few sort of exclusive tiles in large sizes. Suggest to visit other show rooms in vicinity as well. See also Ghaziabad market as these have better storage capacity, so you may find more range on display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service by them. They send customer to their warehouse to pick up the tiles which is 3 km from the showroom and it took over half n hour to search in Noida. I don't recommended them. Better buy different brand or showroom.

We viewed all of the products in the showroom at a leisurely pace without any hassle from staff.
Next step was to have our kitchen measured up which was done on a Sunday morning at our convenience. We then had a two hour appointment at the showroom to go through the various options on design and price which again was a very smooth procedure.
We took delivery of the kitchen during lockdown with staff taking all the necessary precautions. They fitted the kitchen and i found all of the products to be of a high standard.
Overall a great product at a sensible price.
specially in lockdown I didn't even face one problem.
also the work was finished before time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience, we went all the way to so called company showroom from Delhi, however the tiles which Manoj Pandey ji showed on display does not have the stock for giving. We selected atleast 3-4 patterns but stock was not available. Waste of time and efforts. They charge 2 percent extra on credit card. Wow...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is unprofessional and have not completed work even after 3 months of getting full payment. The GM Vikram Khullar does not take calls after taking full payment nor does he respond to messages.The same is true for Tarun Garg who will abscond the moment you try and speak to him.
The only person who will ever take your call is the worker Kundan. He will take calls but will never turn up to complete the work. After getting frustrated we have decided to get the work done ourselves hence will end up paying double of what we paid them.
Lessons to be learnt from this is never pay them full price. They will insist but you should turn your attention to another shop.
My advise is to avoid this shop at all costs.
