★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big zero in terms of customer service. I went for tiles in my kitchen. Coincidentally, I shortlisted one tile but salesman told me it will be available only after a week so asked to me check more. In all I spent 10 minutes in the showroom, and could not find anything else. When I was moving out, saleman said to me that I have wasted his time and since I have not bough anything he won't be able to sell anything to throughout the day. I was very shocked and surprised and approached the manager but then 5-6 of their staff started speaking in foul language and justfied that if I have to entered into the showroom before 12, I must buy. They went to the extent, that they told me that those who don't buy "उन्हें हम मन ही मन गाली भी देते हैं". "आपने हमारी बोहनी खराब की है"
I have been to them before and they were all good as I bought on those occassions. It appears to me that there salesmen work on commission basis and have enough leeway from management to bring sales by hook or by crook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Premia 3D Chimney on 02.01.2022 from M/s Keshav Tiles, the authorized dealer as per Faber India official website. But the dealer had delivered the chimney full of scratch marks and when the matter was taken up, it was confirmed that the scratch is due to thermocol packing and it is normal with all the chimneys of Faber.
The dealer had categorically said that the product can neither be replaced nor the amount would be refunded you can directly take up with M/s Faber India.
It is very clear that M/s Keshav Tiles is selling either refurbished product or displayed product.
Apart from downgraded or inferior product, they even charge premium price. When you will say that in market you are getting the same at 'X-1' price, immediately they would match the price just to sell the refurbish product.
Unfortunately, there is no option of Nil or -ve star else I would have given that.
