★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has draconian policy of not allowing photos or noting down design number. This is not displayed at the entrance. Also not a policy of Kajaria company and these practices are only earning bad name for Kakatiya brand. Poor experience.

Staff behavior is not up to the mark, they have no patience, don't expect that they will help you out, I purchased tiles and bathroom fitting for one of my bathroom and it looks goods, got decent discount and on time delivery, owner is young and supportive. Went again for second bathroom but walked out without purchase due to non cooperative and impatient staff. Staff have audacity to say at your face that don't look too much else it will be confusing. I am still recommending this showroom if you can ignore staff and select on your own from available collection.

However the service is poor, there was no one to show or cater to your needs, They don't have a proper stalk of tiles too.. Further there are washroom pots as well as handles available too . Parking is an issue .
