★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I ordered a bed on 15th Aug (with cushions and drawers)from this shop. To my surprise just the day before I was promised to get it delivered I got a call that they didn't have the raxine we asked them to use and told us to select a new one. I agreed.
Next day on 24th August they delivered the bed. Only head-rest and footer section was looking good. Centre part was not up to the mark. Now after assembling they found out that the screws that they used while assembling were bigger in size and drawers did not fit in. How come seasoned carpenter does not know that the screws he is using won't let the drawers fit in the bed? Now I knew I had made the wrong decision. Now they told us we can use the bed in this condition. As we have moved to new apartment we do not have any other option and drawers are not supposed to support the bed as these are movable part of bed, contrary to what they have told me later. Next day there was a huge crack at one side of bed. I asked them to fix this issue. After calling him several times Dilshaad has sent a carpenter once and that guy has put some pieces of ply under the bed to support. That's the solution we waited for weeks. After that I have called them several times to fix it properly as this jugaad won't last long but of no use. Shop-owner, Dilshaad always keep making excuses. His promises of providing 10 years of warranty does not even last for 10 days.
