★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worst place to visit, I think they have all local and cheap furniture in a very high price. Owner is vry rude, and they don't entertain their old customer well. I mean they don't have after sale service formula

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased double bed on 14 Mar 2021.
First, They will show you something and then deliver something else. Do not trust them, I would suggest not to buy, even if you buy then don't give advance, Just sit there till they finish the product and give money after you are fully satisfied
Second, After bed was delivered, it had 1 inch gap between boxes. We showed the same to person who came for installation however till today nobody came to fix it. Their after sale and service is pathetic.
As it is only two weeks, don't know the quality of product yet. Will share review after some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting attitute of Mr Rajiv, dont know how to deliver the things in the way it should be.... Cheated me for making the sofa like 1 person can't fit in sofa seat... Promising is very high but not fulfilling the same later.... Pls avoid purchasing sofa from them if u want good service and product ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheat seller he make many promises while booking.. once they get advance, all agreement done verbally he forgets and on receipt he says its not written by him... Delay of 1 month is normal.. price added by saying not available at old price. Damaged piece delivered even when increased price paid. If you need replacement wait for 1 month and all charged of sending it back need to be paid.
Big cheat seller. Never fall in trap of false promises.

They say that product will be delivered at the flat and charge full money for transport and then their delivery person says send some 'ladka' from home to deliver at flat and asks for extra money. They take full amount in advance of the product and then make extra money through their delivery person. Not at all trustworthy. Very poor experience

Most sellers only want to sell their finished product, but at Malhotra Furniture, Mr Rajeev and his trained staff entertained me really well and tried to understand my needs before delivering the goods.
I bought a sofa set from Malhotra Furniture and was very pleased with its quality as well as the after-sales support. The owner was really patient in listening to all of my requests for customizations as well.
